Double Exposure // Snake’s Head Fritillary

I took this shot around Christmas last year, with my mothers camera. Well I haven’t been home since then, so I just obtained these photos yesterday. It’s a double exposure I took one afternoon, I think it was December 25th.

i love it. i agree with the first comment, it DOES have a 3D effect. and i really cant say its a double exposure. my recent experiments with doubles have been nothing more than.. experiments. haha. so good job with this one. great colors too.. portra does have a nice look. i love using film myself.. nothign quite like it

Oh I like that a lot, Jimi, I think that’s a beautiful picture! The beautiful lighting and the diffused, out of focus presentation suit the subject 100%. The colours in the foreground are reddish brown and green, and then there are blues and browns further back – just perfect I think.
