I still haven’t found a way to scan the new Portra 400 properly, well here’s another attempt.

Nikon F80, Nikkor AF28-105D, Kodak Portra 400 scanned as Fujfifilm Super HQ

What did you mean? I can’t find anything wrong with the scan. In my experience, the new portra 400 is one of the easiest film to scan.
