I took this photo last Sunday, in the city center of Hamburg. The weather was changing every 20 minutes that day.
I’m sorry for the crappy scan quality, the Plustek 7600i has some problems with scanning negatives, It’s only good for slides.
No post processing, except for auto-white balance & some noise reduction.
Enjoy & take care,
Jimi

I tested my new lens over the last days, my own Nikkor AF28-105D (I used my mothers every now and then before).
This shot was taken last Thursday, a really rainy day. I used some cheap, expired “Kodak Farbwelt 200” negative film, that has been in my fridge for years now. I’ll upload some more photos tomorrow.
Enjoy & take care

P.S. This kind of refers to Rainy nights, I think I will make a series of pictures with this view out of my kitchen window.

I took these shots a couple of weeks ago, at the “Baumwall” station in Hamburg. I really like the “U3”, probably the only subway track with such a beautiful view in the world. 😉 I think it’s kind of special that this subway isn’t underground all the time.

Hey,
some of you wondered what the new header shows.
Well it’s a detail of a varnished protective wall thats been exposed to rain, wind, sunshine (and some cargo) for decades.
Here’s the whole photo.
Enjoy & take care,
Jimi

As you might know I like to take photos of almost everything. So here are some pictures of
bulk handling, taken in the port of Hamburg.
I used some “Paradies CR100” slide film, a random drugstore film, I think it’s some Kodak film. It really gives the photos a “vintage” look.
How do you like the new header-image?
Enjoy & take care,
Jimi

Hey all,
I visited my parents over the Easter holidays and took some shots in their garden.
I really enjoyed the Nikkor AF28-105D, it’s a great lens, especially its macro ability. The lens focuses close as 22cm (distance between scene & film layer/sensor).
For all photos I used some Kodak 200UC film that really works fine, even though it expired in 2009.
What really fascinated my me was the hybrid snake’s head fritillary you can see in the first photo.
I hope you enjoy the photos.
Take care,
Jimi

Hey all,
I took this shot around Christmas last year, with my mothers camera. Well I haven’t been home since then, so I just obtained these photos yesterday. It’s a double exposure I took one afternoon, I think it was December 25th.
Tell me what you think about this picture, I’d really appreciate that.
Enjoy & take care,
Jimi
