Hey hey,
as I wrote some time ago I visited Oslo with two friends of mine earlier this month.
So on this sunny October day I want to show you some lovely photos I took in this beautiful city.
Last week I stopped by at the lab and the told me that three rolls of my film have been lost… they search for them at the moment and I hope that they will discover them soon. These three rolls contain the some all amazing b&w shots of Oslo.
Here we go! =)
Camera: Olympus OM2-n & Zuiko 50mm 1,8
Film: Kodak Porta 800/Fuji Superia 200
When you visit Oslo, you have to visit the Opera, great architecture with huge amounts of white marble 😉
The Opera house:

The old town:
Isn’t this gate lovely?

Around the harbor and “Aker Brygge”

Stuff on the street:

Unfortunately it seems to be, that 800 Iso are too sensitive for bright sunshine. But I hope you don’t mind about the white stripes on the first two photos.
Enjoy, I’ll post some more during the week.
Jimi
Just another one for you to have a comfortable night. =)
It’s a little overexposed but I like the light.
Same film as the cutlery.

Good night and good luck,
Jimi
Hey all,
unfortunately I have to tell you that my OM2 needs to be repaired, so I will only be able to take a few pictures over the upcoming weeks.
I know this sounds terrible (actually it is), but I’ve got 9 new films at the laboratory, so I’ll probably be able to present new pictures to you.
There are 3 rolls of film, filled with “everyday-stuff” and another 6 I shot during my Oslo trip (you should go there, really beautiful city).
Additionally I will present the “print rumble #1” in about 2 weeks. Look forward to it, this will be amazing. 😉
To start with, I’ve go some cutlery for you. Taken.. uhhmm.. in my kitchen, about 2 weeks ago.
The interesting part about this is, that it’s the first film i shot using the “push-pocessing ” technique.
It’s quite easy, but I like it. Basically you take a roll of low ISO film, e.g. ISO 100 and set the automatic aperture control to e.g. ISO 400.
After you finished the roll you’ll have to tell the laboratory that this special roll has to be push-processed. (e.g. push 2 steps – from 100 to 400 ISO)
I like it =)
These photos were taken with the Olympus OM2-n loaded with some Kodak Elitechrome 100 @ 400 ISO.
#1
& #2
there’s #3 as well but hmm I’ll keep that one for another day 😉
Alternative to this I give you another rainy photo, same camera, same film, same (rainy =( ) day.
Actually I like photos taken on rainy days, they usually have loads of atmosphere.
Enjoy.
Jimi
Hey guys,
just another rail-photo for you, so that y0u may sleep well.
I took this some weeks ago, once again with my OM2 and expired Ilford HP5.

I’ll post some more photos this weekend. I’m looking forward to read your comments.
Good night and good luck.
Jimi
Hey guys,
today I’ll bring 7 rolls of film, taken in Oslo, to the laboratory. So we’ll have to wait for like 2-6 days for the photos.
But don’t worry we had a Canon Eos with us and this monochrome shot I took is just amazing in my opinion.
Tell me what you think about it. I call it boat photography. Enjoy! and have a nice day. (view it large 😉 )
and yet another one =)
attention! watch out for vikings 😉
Both shots were taken with my flatmates Eos 450D + Kit Lens 18-55mm
Enjoy

Hey there,
Tomorrow I’ll catch my flight back home. After all I had some wonderful days in Oslo. I shot 6 rolls of film, so I’m looking forward to present these to you.
To start with this little Norway rumble I have a picture for you, I took with my phone earlier today
Have a good night.
Jimi
Hey there,
I’ve been working a lot last week, so I unfortunately wasn’t able to present more photos.
but HAH I didn’t forget you.
I’ve got some more ultra grainy Ilford HP5 for you.
Random shots taken in Lüneburg and Hamburg, Germany.

Enjoy,
Jimi
Hey all,
here we go again, at first I’m sorry I didn’t post the bubbles yesterday,
as promised, but well I’m kind of all busy at the moment.
The photos were taken some weeks ago in Düsseldorf, Germany.
I was meeting my dear friend Nabi that day. It was a all sunny, warm and
bright day, so what could have been better than soap bubbles in pleasant sunshine?

Both were shot with the Olympus Om-2n//Zuiko 50mm F=1/1,8 , no.1 with Kodak Ektar 100, no.2 Kodak Porta 160VC.
Have a nice Sunday.
